Poste Italiane has been active in the field of consumer protection since 1999 and has established working relations with a large number of
consumer associations belonging to the
CNCU (National Council of Consumers and Users). This cooperation has led to a number of actions aimed at protecting consumers.
Poste Italiane is a founding member of
Consumers' Forum: an independent association with members including the leading consumer associations, a large number of industrial and service companies and trade associations, institutions, universities and research centres.
The aim of this association is to facilitate dialogue between consumer associations and companies, in order to promote the pursuit of quality products and services and improve conciliation procedures for dealing with consumer disputes.
