Tariffs
0,70 euro per single reply card or letter, returned by your customer. You will be charged of the sum on a specific account supplied by Poste Italiane.

How to mail
IBRS response can be sent as an envelope or as a card. The item has to bear the pre-printed return address and the writings "ne pas affranchir", "par avion" and "IBRS" together with the account number.
