As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen the sense of belonging and active participation, our people are encouraged to take part in a series of initiatives.
Corporate communities
Hosted on the NoidiPoste intranet platform, are primarily aimed at fostering networking and enhancing interaction between the company and Group employees.
They also serve as a space to share interests, develop topics, collaborate, and engage in discussions around members’ shared goals.
Two thematic communities are currently active, dedicated to Diversity & Inclusion and Volunteering, both supported by employees who act as ambassadors for the relevant themes.
Employee Resource Group (E.R.G.s)
Internal communities made up not only of individuals who directly experience a specific form of diversity, but also of allies — colleagues who choose to support a particular community and actively promote its values and initiatives. In 2024, five E.R.G.s were launched:
- "GenerAzioni P"– promoting intergenerational dialogue and exchange
- "ParipassO" – supporting female leadership and empowerment
- "Poste+" – fostering an environment where LGBTQ+ individuals can freely express their identity
- "PostAbili" – promoting a harmonious and inclusive workplace for people with vulnerabilities
- "OpenPoste" – encouraging knowledge-sharing with an intercultural perspective
These initiatives help nurture a strong sense of community among our people and contribute to building an increasingly open, inclusive, and participatory corporate culture.
