Each year, the Blooming Programme involves a selected group of individuals who stand out for their aptitudes, capabilities, and performance, offering them highly personalized activities and experiences. The pathways are designed to provide direct exposure to stimulating and challenging contexts, processes, and environments that encourage learning and self-awareness.
Among the experiences offered, job shadowing allows participants to work alongside colleagues in different roles, providing the opportunity to observe different working styles while gaining deeper insight into new processes. Tutoring, also based on a shadowing approach, helps accelerate the development of technical skills and operational expertise related to participants’ areas of specialization.
The Blooming Programme also includes participation in experiential workshops designed in line with the “5 I’s” of Poste Italiane’s new Leadership Model. These workshops are real training environments focused on soft skills, where concrete case studies and simulations inspired by real-life situations allow participants to test themselves in complex, real-world scenarios.
Through coaching, the Blooming Programme also provides talents with a powerful accelerator to help them achieve their individual goals, while training offers structured learning sessions designed to equip them with personal and professional tools that support continuous growth and the pursuit of new objectives.
