Poste Italiane: amendment to the 2025 corporate events calendar

Poste Italiane S.p.A. – as a partial amendment to the 2025 corporate events calendar released on 14 January 2025 (which for the remaining contents relating to the continuation of the fiscal year is to be understood as confirmed) – announces that the Half-year Financial Report as at 30 June 2025 will be examined by the Board of Directors on 22 July 2025, instead of 24 July 2025. As a consequence, the presentation of Q2 & H1-25 Group Results will also take place on the same date of 22 July 2025, instead of 24 July 2025.
