Poste Italiane S.p.A. advises that, pursuant to Article 70 of Consob “Issuers’ Regulation”, the documentation relating to the merger of MLK Deliveries S.p.A. in Poste Italiane S.p.A (merger plan, balance sheets and last three financial years of the companies involved) has been made available to the public at the Company’s headquarters, on the Company’s website (www.posteitaliane.it), as well as on the mechanism for the central storage “eMarket Storage” (www.emarketstorage.com (external site)).
