Poste Italiane S.p.A. announces that the updated text of the Company’s Corporate Bylaws -  following the amendment resolved in the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 18 June 2026 -  is available to the public on the Company’s website (www.posteitaliane.it), as well as on the authorised central storage mechanism “eMarket Storage” (www.emarketstorage.it (external website)).
