The largest company by number of employees to receive the “EQUAL-SALARY” certification.![]() |
The certification, issued by EQUAL-SALARY, an independent, non-profit Swiss organisation working in partnership with the University of Geneva, allows companies to verify and publicly disclose pay equity for equal roles within their organisational structure. Poste Italiane is the first FTSE MIB-listed company in the insurance sector (and the largest employer overall) to receive the EQUAL-SALARY certification. The recognition reflects its rigorous implementation of gender-neutral pay policies and its broader commitment to building an inclusive work environment and a corporate culture grounded in respect and equal opportunities for career advancement. |
UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification![]() |
In 2023, Poste Italiane was awarded the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for its ability to ensure gender equality in the workplace. The certificate, which is valid for three years, was issued by IMQ, an international certification body, in recognition of Poste Italiane’s capacity to guarantee tangible conditions of equality across the planning, management, supervision, coordination, and delivery of Postal, Logistics, Financial, Insurance, and Digital Services. |
Postepay Product of the Year

In 2025, Postepay was awarded the 'Voted Product of the Year' title. The recognition was twofold: for the Postepay automatic top-up service in the 'Payment Financial Services' category, and for the cardless withdrawal via app in the 'Financial Services' category. This award represents an important acknowledgement for Poste Italiane, reaffirming its leading role in driving innovation in digital services. |

As part of the 28th edition of the ‘Webranking Europe 500’ research, conducted by Lundquist in collaboration with the Swedish firm Comprend, which assesses the quality and transparency of corporate digital communications, Poste Italiane secured a place on the podium, ranking second overall. |

Poste Italiane has consolidated its presence in key sustainability indices, which serve as valuable benchmarks both for communicating results to stakeholders and for assessing and potentially improving the Group’s internal performance.
Sustainability indices play a dual role: on the one hand, they are used by shareholders and stakeholders as reference tools to evaluate the Company’s sustainability performance in comparison with other market players; on the other, they support internal analyses conducted by corporate management to develop the Group’s sustainable investment plans.

In 2024, the Group was confirmed for the sixth consecutive year in the Dow Jones Best-in-Class World and Europe Indices. Poste Italiane ranks first in Europe for sustainability within the insurance sector and second worldwide. The Group has consolidated its leadership in sustainability, maintaining its presence in the Dow Jones Best-in-Class World Index and in the more selective Dow Jones Best-in-Class Europe Index for the sixth year in a row. |
