Poste Italiane: amendment to the 2024 corporate events calendar

Poste Italiane S.p.A. - as a partial amendment to the 2024 corporate events calendar released on 30 January 2024 - announces that the Interim Report for the three months ended 31 March 2024 will be examined by the Board of Directors on 15 May 2024, instead of 8 May 2024. 

Poste Italiane S.p.A. – as a partial amendment to the 2024 corporate events calendar released on 30 January 2024 (which for the remaining contents relating to the continuation of the fiscal year is to be understood as confirmed) – announces that the Interim Report for the three months ended 31 March 2024 will be examined by the Board of Directors on 15 May 2024, instead of 8 May 2024.

As a consequence, the presentation of Q1-24 Group Results will take place on 15 May 2024, instead of 9 May 2024.
