Poste Italiane S.p.A. advises that, pursuant to Article 70 of Consob “Issuers’ Regulation”, the documentation relating to the merger of Address Software S.r.l. in Poste Italiane S.p.A is available to the public at the Company’s headquarters, on the Company’s website, as well as on the mechanism for the central storage “eMarket Storage”. 

Poste Italiane S.p.A. advises that, pursuant to Article 70 of Consob “Issuers’ Regulation”, the documentation relating to the merger of Address Software S.r.l. in Poste Italiane S.p.A (merger plan, balance sheets of the companies involved) is available to the public at the Company’s headquarters, on the Company’s website, as well as on the mechanism for the central storage “eMarket Storage (external website)”.

The annual reports for the last three financial years of the companies involved in the operation are furthermore available at the Company’s headquarters.
