Poste Italiane: regulatory requirements

Poste Italiane S.p.A. informs that it has carried out the obligations prescribed by art. 120 of Legislative Decree No. 58 of 24 February 1998 and the related implementing regulation.
 

Poste Italiane S.p.A. informs that it has carried out – with reference to the transaction announced on 15 February 2025 and concluded under market conditions (with a cash settlement of the difference between the prices of the two equity stakes exchanged equal to approximately 170 million euros) – the obligations prescribed by art. 120 of Legislative Decree No. 58 of 24 February 1998 and the related implementing regulation.
