CDP and Poste Italiane, information document concerning the new agreement on Postal Savings (2024 – 2026).

Following the announcement disclosed to the market on 15 May 2024, Poste Italiane S.p.A. informs that – having executed on 1 August 2024 the new agreement between Poste Italiane S.p.A. and Cassa depositi e prestiti S.p.A. (the “Agreement”) for the period 2024-2026 on postal savings – the information document relating to transactions of greater importance with related parties concerning the Agreement, together with the favourable opinion of the Related and Connected Parties Committee, is available to the public at the Company’s headquarters, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the Company’s corporate website (www.posteitaliane.it), as well as on the authorized storage mechanism website "emarket Storage" (www.emarketstorage.com (external website).

The aforementioned document has been prepared pursuant to Article 5 of the CONSOB Regulation no. 17221/2010 and in compliance with Annex 4 to such Regulation.
