Poste Italiane S.p.A. (the “Company”) informs that the information document relating to transactions of greater importance with related parties concerning the Amending Act on Postal Savings between Poste Italiane S.p.A. – BancoPosta’s Ring Fenced Capital and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A., together with the favorable opinion of Related and Connected Parties Committee, are available to the public at the Company’s headquarters, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the Company’s website, as well as on the website of the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket Storage".
