Poste Italiane has received the recognition of Italy's Top Employer for the seventh consecutive year. The prestigious recognition was awarded by the Top Employers Institute, the global certifying body for excellence in human resources practices.

Poste Italiane has once again been included in the Brand Finance Global 500 ranking

The ranking, which includes the 500 most valuable brands worldwide, places Poste Italiane at 227th in 2025, marking a rise of 4 positions compared to the previous year.

The largest company by number of employees to receive the “EQUAL-SALARY” certification

Poste Italiane is the first company in the FTSE MIB insurance sector and the largest by number of employees to receive the “EQUAL-SALARY” certification for the rigorous implementation of gender-neutral pay policies. The certification, issued by EQUAL-SALARY, an independent Swiss non-profit organization in collaboration with the University of Geneva, recognizes Poste Italiane’s commitment to creating an inclusive work environment and fostering a corporate culture based on respect and equal opportunities in career development.

Postepay Product of the Year

In 2025, Postepay received the “Product of the Year” award. The recognition was twofold: for Postepay Automatic Top-Up, in the Financial Payment Services category, and for cardless cash withdrawal via the App, in the Financial Services category. This award represents an important recognition for Poste Italiane, confirming its role as a leading player in innovation within digital services.

Poste Italiane ranks 1st in the Webranking Europe 500

Poste Italiane ranks first among the 500 largest European companies by market capitalization for transparency in corporate and financial communication across digital channels. This result is the outcome of the “Webranking Europe 500” study, conducted by Lundquist in collaboration with the Swedish company Comprend, which evaluates the clarity and accuracy of information provided to investors, citizens, and stakeholders.

Poste Italiane "Sustainability Report” Award

Poste Italiane has won the “Sustainability Report” Award for the second consecutive year in the Large Companies category. The recognition was recognized for the quality of the Company’s non-financial reporting and for the application of comprehensive ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) principles across business activities and corporate processes.

Poste Italiane “Dyslexia Friendly Company”

In October 2025, Poste Italiane received the official recognition of “Dyslexia Friendly Company” from the Italian Dyslexia Association (AID), a milestone that celebrates the Company’s tangible commitment to inclusion and the empowerment of people with learning disabilities (LDs).

Digital Sustainability Award 2025

Poste Italiane received the award in the “Digital Transformation Projects Aligned with Sustainability Principles” category, thanks to the digitally and socially sustainable development of customer service.

Super App

Poste Italiane’s Super App was recognized in 2025 as one of the most downloaded free apps in Italy on the Apple Store, ranking on the podium alongside ChatGPT and Google Gemini. This achievement is driven by its widespread adoption and integrated features for financial services, payments, shipping, and digital document management.

Guido Carli Award

The CEO of Poste Italiane, Matteo Del Fante, has been awarded at the sixteenth edition of the Guido Carli Award. The prize was given in recognition of his contribution to innovation, growth, and the development of corporate skills, underlining once again the strong connection between Poste Italiane and local communities.

Best D&I

In 2025, the Group received the Best D&I recognition thanks to its strong commitment to DEI issues, supported by a structured and effective system. The projects launched and those under development confirm a growing integration of DEI culture throughout the organization.

INSIEME Connecting Ideas

Poste Italiane was honored by the European Association for Internal Communication (FEIEA) for the closing event of 'INSIEME Connecting Ideas,' held on April 10 at Casina Poste. Now in its third edition, the initiative promotes active employee participation in developing innovative projects inspired by the company's strategic plan, with over 1,000 ideas submitted in the latest cycle. The final event is an immersive experience that highlights collaboration, innovation, and the shared values and objectives of Poste Italiane.

Key Awards 2025

Poste Italiane was awarded gold at the 2025 Key Awards in the 'Automotive & Energy' category for its Poste Energia commercial, 'E poi all’improvviso sei arrivata tu' (And then, suddenly, you arrived). Since 1988, the Key Awards have honored Italy’s best advertising campaigns across TV, cinema, radio, web, and mobile. The spot was praised for its innovative approach to corporate communication, effectively showcasing Poste Italiane and its services through a compelling narrative. It features the iconic Italian song 'Come Mai' by 883, which serves as the soundtrack to the protagonists' love story.

Most Attractive Companies Italy 2026

Poste Italiane has been named among the 'Most Attractive Companies Italy 2026,' a recognition promoted by Joinrs, an AI-based Italian recruiting platform. This independent, data-driven ranking analyzes the preferences of the Joinrs community each year: out of 2,600 active companies in Italy, only 290 were selected for the final list.
