The Blooming Programme
With the Blooming Program, we support the development of Group talent through a pathway aimed at enhancing soft skills, fostering intergenerational exchange, broadening overall perspective and professional relationships, and strengthening a leadership approach capable of addressing complexity, valuing people, and promoting a culture focused on innovation, inclusion, and responsibility, in line with the Company’s vision and values.
Each year, the Blooming Program involves a panel of individuals who stand out for their aptitudes, capabilities, and performance, offering them highly personalized activities and experiences.
The pathways are designed to provide direct exposure to qualifying and challenging contexts, processes, and environments that stimulate learning and awareness.
Among the experiences offered, job shadowing allows participants to work alongside a colleague in a different role, offering the opportunity to observe different working styles while also gaining deeper insight into new processes. Tutoring, also based on a shadowing approach, helps accelerate the development of technical skills and operational processes related to one’s area of specialization.
The Blooming Program also includes participation in experiential workshops designed in line with the “5 I’s” of Poste Italiane’s new Leadership Model. These are real training environments focused on soft skills, where concrete case studies and simulations inspired by real-life situations allow participants to test themselves in complex, real-world scenarios.
Through coaching, the Blooming Program further provides talents with a powerful accelerator to achieve their individual goals, while training offers structured learning sessions designed to equip them with personal and professional tools to support continuous growth and the pursuit of new objectives.
