Born in Agropoli in 1975, she graduated with top honors in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Perugia. She began her professional career in 1999 at Banca di Roma, where she worked in marketing and business development. Following the 2002 integration process between Banca di Roma, Bipop Carire, and Banco di Sicilia, she joined the parent company Capitalia. In 2004 she was appointed Head of the Technical Staff of the Chief Executive Officer and, from 2006, she assumed the role of Head of Organization.

In 2007 she took part in the establishment of the Sator Group, where she held the position of Head of Organization and Human Resources of the parent company, Head of Administration and Human Resources, and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the real estate SGR. She also served as a member of the Board of Directors of several companies, including Kyneste SpA (Capitalia Group), Banca Profilo SpA, Arepo BP SpA, Arepo PR, and Arepo LC, all part of the Banca Profilo Banking Group.

In September 2015 she joined the Poste Italiane Group as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. In 2017 she was appointed Head of Corporate Affairs Coordination and Support and Sponsorships, reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager, and became a member of the Board of Directors of the Poste Insieme Onlus Foundation.

Since 2024 she has been a member of the Board of Directors of Casina Poste SSD and, since 2025, of the Board of Directors of Patrimonio Italia Logistica – SICAF S.p.A.

Since May 2024 she has held the role of Head of the Chief of Staff function of the General Manager.
