Francesco Scacchi

Born in Rome in 1962.

He graduated in Law from the University of Rome "La Sapienza," where he served for five years as a research assistant to Pietro Rescigno, full professor of Private Law.

Mr. Scacchi began his career in 1987 as a legal assistant at Procter & Gamble Italia S.p.A., where he specialized in legal and financial matters, before moving into private practice. He has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since July 1991 and a member of the Supreme Court and Higher Jurisdictions Bar Association since January 2006.

Mr. Scacchi runs a professional law firm in Rome handling administrative issues, with a specific focus on public tender procedures, including litigation phase. In the criminal field, the firm focuses on corporate and economic law, with a particular focus on crimes against the public administration and the application of Legislative Decree n. 231/01.

In over thirty years of legal practice, Mr. Scacchi has gained extensive experience in technical assignments and out-of-court assistance in civil, administrative, and criminal matters. He regularly provides consultancy to leading national public entities and companies as well as international businesses.

Moreover, Mr. Scacchi has served and continues to serve as Chairman or member of Supervisory Bodies of joint-stock companies.

He is a lecturer in administrative and criminal matters at the Carlo Arturo Jemolo Institute in Rome.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Poste Italiane since April 27, 2026.
