Born in Rome in 1968. He is married and has two children.

He began his professional career in 1992 in the Financial Services sector at Agos – part of the Crédit Agricole Group – and later broadened his experience at Santander Consumer Bank, where he held roles of increasing responsibility within the Commercial Division, concluding his tenure as Area Manager for Central and Southern Italy.

In 2007, he joined UniCredit, continuing his professional path as Italy Commercial Director for Consumer Finance.

In December 2014, he joined the Poste Italiane Group, where over the years he has held several key positions: Head of Loans, Head of Current Accounts and Loans, and Head of Mass Market and Small Business within the BancoPosta Division. In 2019, he was appointed Head of Commercial Operations within the Private Market Division.

Since 2016, he has been a member of the Executive Board of Assofin. From 2017 to 2023, he served as a Board Member of Posteassicura. Between 2016 and 2019, he was Vice President of the Finance, Credit, Insurance and Real Estate Section of Unindustria Lazio.

As of September 2025, he has taken on the role of Head of Third-Party Networks Market.
