Olga Cuccurullo

Born in Rome in 1972.

She graduated in Law from La Sapienza University of Rome, where she also got a master’s degree in Intermediaries, Issuers, and Financial Markets. She also earned a master’s degree from the Higher School of Economics and Finance.

She practiced law from 1996 to 2003, including in the legal department of the National Social Security and Lawyers' Assistance Fund.

In 2003, she joined the Ministry of Economy and Finance (Treasury Department, Finance and Privatization Directorate) as an administrative officer in the Office responsible for the processes of public entities transformation into joint-stock companies, privatization of state-owned companies, and management of companies with shares listed on regulated markets. Subsequently, from 2009 to 2024, she served as Director of the Treasury Department, which manages shareholder rights in the Ministry's holdings operating in the financial services, infrastructure, and transportation sectors.

Since 2024, she has held the position of Senior Director for Consulting, Studies, and Research within the Department of Economy of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
Mrs. Cuccurullo was a member of the Board of Directors of ENEL S.p.A. (as well as a member of the Control and Risk Committee and the Nomination and Compensation Committee) from 2023 to 2026, and a member of the Board of Directors (as well as a member of the Risk and Sustainability Committee) of MPS S.p.A. bank from 2020 to 2022. She has also served, upon appointment by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, as a member of the administrative and supervisory bodies of joint-stock companies and foundations operating in the shipbuilding, air transport assistance, higher education and research, financial services, IT services, and real estate sectors.

She has served as member and Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 231/2001, in several Italian companies including AMCO S.p.A., Lazio Innova S.p.A. and ATER Roma.

She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Poste Italiane since 27 April 2026.
