Poste Italiane S.p.A. (“Poste Italiane”) informs that today, at 7.00 p.m., the shareholders mentioned below filed today two slates of candidates for the office of Statutory Auditors of Poste Italiane, in view of the renewal of the Company’s Board of Statutory Auditors (whose term is expiring) put on the agenda at the Shareholders’ Meeting convened on next 28 May 2019, in a single call:
1. Luigi Borré;
2. Anna Rosa Adiutori.
Alternate Statutory Auditors:
1. Alberto De Nigro;
2. Maria Francesca Talamonti;
1. Mauro Lonardo;
2. Chiara Segala.
Alternate Statutory Auditors:
1. Antonio Santi;
2. Silvia Muzi.
The slates for the renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the relevant accompanying documentation will be made publicly available by the deadline provided by the law at the Company’s headquarters, on the Borsa Italiana S.p.A. website (www.borsaitaliana.it), as well as at the authorized storage mechanism “eMarket Storage” (www.emarketstorage.com) and on the Company’s website (www.posteitaliane.it).

- Slate no. 2 file by a group of 13 mutual funds and other institutional investors (2), which together own approximately 1.194% of Poste Italiane’s share capital, is composed of the following candidates:

2. Silvia Muzi.
