Poste Italiane information on the purchase of own shares in the period 10 May - 12 May 2023

In compliance with the authorization approved by Poste Italiane’s Shareholder Meeting held on May 8^th 2023, regarding the purchase of own shares and announced to the market on May 9^th 2023 (pursuant to Art.144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/99) Poste Italiane S.p.A. announces that between May 10^th 2023 and May 12^th 2023, it bought 705,512 own shares at an average price of € 9.578804 for a total amount of € 6,757,961.15.
 
Here below a breakdown of the transactions for the period for Poste Italiane S.p.A ordinary shares (ISIN code IT0003796171) on a daily basis and attached a detailed list of transactions carried out in the above-mentioned period:
