Poste Italiane S.p.A. informs that annual financial report for the year ended 31 December 2025 – including Poste Italiane S.p.A. draft financial statements (also including the separate Accounts of BancoPosta’s Ring-Fenced Capital) and the Poste Italiane Group consolidated financial statements, together with the relevant management report (including the “Sustainability Report”, prepared in accordance with Legislative Decree 6 September 2024, n. 125) and the certifications pursuant to article 154-bis, paragraph 5, of the Legislative Decree 24 February  1998, n. 58 – is available to the public at the Company’s registered office, on the Company’s internet website (www.posteitaliane.it), as well as at the authorized storage mechanism “eMarket Storage” (www.emarketstorage.it).
 
The reports of the external auditors of Poste Italiane S.p.A. and of the Board of Statutory Auditors are available to the public in the same manner described above.
 
The report on corporate governance and ownership structure for the year 2025 is also available to the public at the Company’s registered office, on the Company’s internet website (www.posteitaliane.it), as well as at the authorized storage mechanism “eMarket Storage” (www.emarketstorage.it).
