Poste Italiane S.p.A. (“Poste Italiane” or the “Company”) informs that the “Guidelines for Shareholders on the optimal qualitative and quantitative composition of the Board of Directors for the three-year period 2026–2028”, approved on 25 February 2026 by the expiring Board of Directors, are available to the public at the Company’s registered office, on its website as well as on the authorized storage mechanism “eMarket STORAGE”.

The Board of Directors of Poste Italiane S.p.A. chaired by Silvia Maria Rovere, met yesterday and approved the consolidated 2025 Results, prepared in compliance with IAS/IFRS and the 2026 Strategy update.

Poste Italiane S.p.A. advises that, pursuant to Article 70 of Consob “Issuers’ Regulation”, the documentation relating to the merger of Bridge Technologies S.r.l. in Poste Italiane S.p.A  has been made available to the public at the Company’s headquarters, on the Company’s website, as well as on the mechanism for the central storage “eMarket Storage”.

Poste Italiane S.p.A. announces its 2026 financial calendar, indicating when the Group’s accounts will be examined by the Board of Directors, as well as the dates of the ad-hoc conference calls presenting relevant accounting data to the financial community.
