Rome, 17 March 2026 – Poste Italiane S.p.A. informs that the notice of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled for next 27 April 2026, on single call – whose extract will be published on the newspaper “Il Sole 24 Ore” tomorrow 18 March 2026 – is available to the public, in full text, on the Company’s website (www.posteitaliane.it, section Governance/Shareholders’ Meeting/2026 Shareholders’ Meeting).

The Board of Directors approves Full Year 2025 results, confirming preliminary results published on 26 February 2026 and convenes the Shareholders' Meeting

The Board of Directors of Poste Italiane S.p.A. (“Poste Italiane”), chaired by Silvia Rovere, today has examined the Annual Financial Report for 2025, which confirms the preliminary consolidated results for 2025 announced on 26 February 2026 . The Board also approved Poste Italiane’s draft financial statements and the consolidated financial statements of the Poste Italiane Group for 2025, accompanied by the Report on operations (including the Sustainability Report as per Legislative Decree 125/2024).

Poste Italiane: the partial demerger project of IMEL assets from PostePay S.p.A. in favour of Poste Italiane S.p.A. has been approved

Further to the announcement to the market on 26 February 2026, at the 2026 Strategy Update, the Board of Directors of Poste Italiane S.p.A. (“Poste Italiane” or the “Company”), which met today under the chairmanship of Silvia Maria Rovere, has approved the re-organization aimed at the creation of a new “Financial Hub”, within the BancoPosta Ring-Fenced Capital.

Poste Italiane: the Guidelines on the composition of the new Board of Directors have been published
