Poste Italiane information on the purchase of own shares in the period 5 june – 10 june 2025 and conclusion of the fourth tranche of the buy-back programme
In compliance with the authorization approved by Poste Italiane’s Shareholders’ Meeting held on 31 May 2024, regarding the fourth tranche of the purchase of own shares which the has been announced to the market on 4 June 2025 (pursuant to Art.144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/99), Poste Italiane S.p.A. announces that between 5 June 2025 and 10 June 2025, it bought no. 933,589 own shares at an average price of € 19.024937 for a total amount of € 17,761,471.70.
