Poste Italiane information on the purchase of own shares in the period 15 May - 19 May 2023In compliance with the authorization approved by Poste Italiane’s Shareholder Meeting held on May 8th 2023, regarding the purchase of own shares and announced to the market on May 9th 2023 (pursuant to Art.144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/99) Poste Italiane S.p.A. announces that between May 15th 2023 and May 19th 2023, it bought 800,715 own shares at an average price of € 9.700795 for a total amount of € 7,767,571.78.

In compliance with the authorization approved by Poste Italiane’s Shareholder Meeting held on May 8th 2023, regarding the purchase of own shares and announced to the market on May 9th 2023 (pursuant to Art.144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/99) Poste Italiane S.p.A. announces that between May 15th 2023 and May 19th 2023, it bought 800,715 own shares at an average price of € 9.700795 for a total amount of € 7,767,571.78.
